Important factors of choice by the guests are: Area, location of property, proximity to transport, security and of course the appearance of property. The rule is that each property potentially has its audience. Of course, all of the above factors affect rental frequency (occupancy) and price.
We will advise you on the possible alterations you may need to make, such as moving or buying furniture, removing things for your security, small work and caresses, purchases needed e,g. linen, kitchenware.
In the case of unfurnished space, we undertake the work of sourcing furnishings on the basis of pre designed solutions within budget and at an agreed fee.
After signing the agreement (minimum 1 year), we start with photography. Photographing is done by our professional photographer (minimum cost 70 €, final cost corresponding to sq.m and rooms). Then we proceed with uploading the house on global online platforms with photos along with terms and conditions of rental, prices, restrictions, house rules, cancellation policy, availability dates etc.
We will from then on manage your space, with accessibility to you at times where there is no reservation for any check, stay or other reason.
At the end of each month, you will receive detailed information about your bookings as well as your money minus our fees and expenses according to the terms of agreement.
Advice on what a property should have in order to make it comfortable to stay, responsible communication with guests, accuracy of information, prompt delivery of the property, proper cleanliness / arrangement of the property, clean and ironed linen , provision of accommodation supplies, check of the property when guests depart, are all our responsibility and we are judged for them by the result of our work on reservations and visitor reviews.

If the owner only wishes to upload his property on the platforms (eg AIRBNB) and his / her training to handle the property page, the cost starts from 100 €.
With our team of experienced partners we also undertake responsibly a tasteful renovation of the area including, technical works and all necessary purchases of furniture, fittings and decoration.

In case you prefer the most simplified form of cooperation, i.e. the rental of your property directly to us, should the specific property is of commercial interest to us, we sign a long-term rental for the property, furnished or not. In this case, we offer you a secure collaboration, a decent price and commit to timely payment of your rent on a monthly basis, as well as to the attention and care of your property by professionals.
