1.Propertability Standard – Full property management– One off fee for property preparation (from 150 E) + 20% commission on receipts
It includes:
- Property valuation
- Preparation of the property for short-term leases
- Uploading a property on online booking platforms
- Reservation management and hosting

Terms of cooperation
- The cost of photography is borne by the owner (min.50 E and depending on the spaces and square meters)
- Electricity / oil / gas, utilities, water, telephone, internet bills are paid by the owner
- The cost of supplies for guest stays is borne by the owner
- The cost of linen is borne by the owner. In case of non-purchase of the linen by the owner we can provide them upon a financial agreement
- The cleaning fee (which includes washing and ironing the linen) is a cost to the owner but is passed on to the guest who pays for it with their reservation
- Minor repairs are not charged
- The cost of technical work and maintenance are borne by the owner
- The cost of transportation is borne by us for the properties within Attica
2.Propertability Booking Management – Manage bookings until check in – 14% commission on receipts
It includes:
- Property valuation
- Preparation of the property for short-term leases
- Uploading a property on online booking platforms
- Manage reservations until you are informed of check-in

Terms of cooperation
- The cost of photography is borne by the owner (min.50 E and depending on the spaces and square meters)
- Propertability is fully responsible for uploading the property to the online booking platforms and monitoring and updating all relevant parameters (prices, availability, maximization of reservations, alternative booking sources, etc.
- The owner has full responsibility for communicating with guests, managing reservations and hospitality.
3.Propertability Hospitality Management – Check in only or full reservation management from check in / Commission percentage upon agreement
It includes:
- Reception of guests
- Reservation management and hosting

Terms of cooperation
- The cost of accommodation items is borne by the owner
- The cleaning fee (which includes linen) is borne by the guest

- The cost of technical work and maintenance are borne by the owner
- The cost of transportation is borne by us for the properties within Attica
4.Propertability Upload – Upload property on Digital Platforms – From 200 E
We undertake the upload of your property on the online platforms (e.g. Airbnb) and your full and substantial training to handle all the necessary parameters (rental prices, restrictions, house rules, cancellation policy, availability dates, payment methods, etc.). ).
5.Propertability Renovation / Furnishing – Upon agreement
For both full and partial renovations, our team of experienced partners will undertake to propose designs based on a specific concept along with budget, fee and time schedule and, upon agreement, carry out an elegant renovation, including technical work and all necessary purchases of furniture, household items and decoration.
In case the property is only unfurnished, we undertake the task of supplying furniture household items and decoration based on the design solutions discussed within an agreed budget and fee.
6.Propertability rental – Property rental by us – Upon agreement.
In case you prefer the simplest or most form of cooperation, i.e. the rental of your property directly to us, should the specific property is of commercial interest to us, we sign a long-term lease for the property, furnished or not. In this case, we offer you a secure partnership, a decent price and we are committed to the timely payment of your rent on a monthly basis, as well as for the attention and care of your property by professionals.
