The space
This studio is newly renovated and refurbished and despite of the fact that it is compact would make one feel immediately at home. It has everything! A spacious bedroom/living room with a comfy bed which overlooks the marvelous garden and picturesque pedestrian street below, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious and spacious bathroom, closet and mostly the hill of Lycabetus which overstands as one of the Athenian landmarks. The hill is just a breath away from the house and guests can enjoy the magnificent views of Athens and the greenery as well as the concerts and theatrical performances that take place there during the summer.

Guest access
Guests have easy access to the posch area of Kolonaki which is just a five minute walk from the house, the trendy area of Exarcheia with the amazing bars, restaurants and hipster corners in other words the city center is just a breath away and also when guests want to retreat in a really picturesque area resembling a pristine Greek village with tangerine trees and orchards they can as well do so.
